Recruitment process
At NEWKD we strive to make our application process as straightforward and transparent as possible.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Find a Role
All our available roles are listed on our website. Browse through the openings and find a position that interests you. Make sure to review the special criteria, skills, and qualifications required for the role. - Apply Online
Once you’ve found a role that suits you, you’ll be directed to our careers site. Here, you’ll need to complete your application by providing basic details, uploading your CV, and including a covering letter. - Application Review
After you submit your application, our team will review it. Depending on the role, whether it’s a work experience placement or a permanent position, we will check if you meet the criteria outlined in the advert, if you do, shortlisting may apply and successful individuals will be invited to meet with us for an interview. - Interview
This is a two-way process. It’s your opportunity to learn more about us and decide if NEWKD is the right fit for you, and for us to get to know you better. We’ll discuss your experience, skills, and how you can contribute to our team. - Offer and Acceptance
If you’re successful, we’ll extend an offer to you. Once you accept, we’ll begin the onboarding process to welcome you to NEWKD. There maybe additional processes to follow, eg. Garda Vetting and or reference checking.
