The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) provides funding to tackle social exclusion and disadvantage locally through local engagement and partnership. The programme involves promoting equality, inclusion and taking a community development approach, focusing on working in partnership with individuals and communities.
Having delivered SICAP for a number of years, NEWKD is now developing the next 5-year SICAP plan as part of a Government tender process.
